We aim to ship all items that are in stock within 1-2 days working days. Items that are not in stock will be sent within 3-5 days after the payment is complete to the address given to us by you.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier delivery delays.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Opened items
- Used items
- B-grade flop items
- Gift Cards
Conditions of return
For hygiene reasons we only can accept returns and exchanges if the item is unopened and unused. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Change or cancel my order
Because of our semi-automated system, once you’ve placed and paid for an order on www.zlotech.com there’s no going back. You will need to receive and return your order as described above.
Refund
We refund the items price and reserve the right not to refund our standard shipping charge if items are returned for refund.
Once your return has been received and processed by us, it can take up to 5 working days (depending on your bank) to get your refund to you.
